Dear hope786, coolguy, PHDMaker, itsbeentoolong, 4can, KHIpk and every one:

Please let me know which are the reliable agents here in Jeddah for Canadian Immigration.
In fact, I am looking for the agent who can assist me in immigration & find me Internal Audit related job in any province of canada.

Please help me in this regard.

Dear Cool Guy,

Thanks for your immediate response.

In fact, I am a Senior Internal Auditor in one leading construction company here in Jeddah since last two years. My qualifications are:

14-Years Education -Bachelor of Commerce ( Pakistan) & 10-Years Experience in Audit & Accounts)
Certified Internal Auditor (USA qualification got from Saudi Arabia)
Certified Information Systems Auditor (USA qualification got from Saudi Arabia)
Certified Fraud Examiners(USA qualification got from Saudi Arabia)

Dear Coolguy, at first my occupation internal auditor falls into the Occupation Classification Code 0111 which is no longer available. But I may apply through 0112 Financial & Investment Analysts as I have Commerce Graduate Certification and by USA credentials may support my case. Based on your experience, what is your advice.

Though I have good command over English, just for asking let me know if IELTS is mandatory?

You can reach me at any time at 00966 54 292 78 35

Well related education/certification might not be of much help.

Do your current/previous job duties match with the NOC code 0112 ?

If most of your job duties do,you are good to go.

Regarding IELTS, yes its mandatory in order to claim language points, irrespective of one s English language abilities.

Good Luck!

Dany125,

You do have a very good professional profile. I do not want to discourage you, but chances of your qualification and experience (internal audit) getting recognized for Investment Analysts code are very slim. CFA and FRM with related experience is a more relevant qualification for Investment Analysts code.

Be very cautious when a consultant promises you something, specially based on arranged employment, as most of the consultant have only one aim in mind i.e. your money.

By the way I believe the category of internal audit is still open for Australia, you can check that (in case Canada is not a preference due to family reunification or other reasons).

Good luck.

Agree with May2010

The noc codes is for investments analyst and other jobs related to that not the internal auditor so I cant even say slim actually on real fact you will waste your money if you apply under that category. Please look for work permit option or try to get admission in some course for CFA

Thanks Dear Badar & New Comer for quick help.

Infact I presume that in terms of Passport and Citizenship, Canada has significant edge over other developed countries.
That's why I inclined myself towards Canadian Migration.

At present, my consultant will arrange job for me for PNP purposes only from Saskatchewan Province. I have to pay to him 20,000USD but at different stages of progress. 7,000 before PNP Nomination, 7,000 after PNP for processing further and rest 6,000 before medical call. It would not require ielts, educational credential assessment, thus saves time & money.

In case, I do not get PNP at the first stage, my first payment will be refundable. One of my friend is now at Medical Stage done through him recommended him. and this consultant is registered with iccrc-crcic. This is all that have developed my confidence over the consultant.

I would like to hear from you over this scenario.

Regards

Dear Dany

We cant judge your consultant experience as you have already quite good reference for him. If you are asking in term of money he is charging i.e. quite high amount. In case job offer is 100 % genuine and you will be on same job after landing in Canada than Its ok. If the job offer is only for the immigration purpose either its genuine and you have to find the job over there and you are eager to spend this amount than better to take admission in CFA or some other financial course it will help out later in the job hunt, but it will be long term plan.

All the best and good luck

Badar

20K $.......................ohhhhhh its too high man.......

There is no guarantee that they will keep their promise for refund also

One more thing arranged job thru consultant is 100% scam

Agreed with Coolguy.
I shouldn’t say that, but I am very skeptical of such offers from consultant.

If you have some spare money and really want to immigrate then you can take the option of post-graduation studies. Canadian experience class is the most successful immigration category these days and the trend is expected to continue in the near future. You can easily get upto two years of work permit (based on the length of your program) so while doing the job after your studies (and completion of 1 year experience) you can apply for immigration. Just be careful to select a university and program of study that is in high demand so that your chances of getting hired are very high.

Some people from UAE who have surplus cash of around CAD $ 40K to 80K and are desperate for immigration are taking this route, mainly in the Province of Alberta. One more option is to get your spouse (if applicable) on a full time student visa. Afterwards based on your spouse status, you can apply for work permit for the same length of time (which is equivalent to the validity period of your spouse student visa). But then again you would need some money to get it done.

Thank you to all,

I have all my qualifications related to Audit (CIA, CISA, CFE, B.Com) which have been removed from the occupations classification codes. I like the advice from Mr. Badar to go for CFA and then apply to have long term perspective. But I feel, it will take me 3-Years to complete CFA, then further 2.5 Years in processing. Its very time taking...

My consultant is asking for 7,000 USD for issuing me PNP from Saskatchewan Province (SINP). If he fails in obtaining , I would get my refund, which is not big amount in terms of full payment of 20,000/- USD. In case, if he does not return, sure I can avoid the loss of further payment. The consultant is registered with ICCRC and have offices in CANADA.

What should I decide...either to go for the initial payment of 7000 to get PNP or should I consider other countries like Australia or from European Union??

Dany $7k is huge amount (which may not be refunded later also)

I strongly advise u not to go with consultant even though he is registered

Rest upto u
