+1 for the reply. How many photos you submitted with the passport? Since in the email I was asked to submit two photos however VFS asked for additional two. Two with name and application number, one with photographer stamp and one blank.

In which VFS office you submitted your passports?

Well, i was too confused by the instructions in email and the information, VFS Staff shared with me. They said we are directed by Visa Office Riyadh to send two picture with one picture having stamp or address of photographer on it along with date of photo taken and keep second picture blank from back.

Whereas, in instructions received it includes to write name and file number on the back... I took pictures as per instructions in email attachment, but acted upon the instructions which were with the VFS staff as they said Passports might be returned, so i acted upon what he suggests to send photos as per VFS Riyadh Requirement.

Waiting since 22 Feb for the Passports return...

Basically our passports have been submitted in the VFS Khobar by my brother. We got the same advice by VFS however my brother asked VFS to forward three pictures with each passport, two as per VFS instructions and one as per the received email.
Wish you best of Luck, I am sure if there had been any anomaly with your docs, You would have been informed till now. Enjoy the waiting.
You usually have to wait for that which is worth waiting for.

FYI, If you are close to Bahrain and have multiple exit entry visa, you can check Bahrain option also.

Since you are from Jizan, Jeddah should be the best option for you, otherwise I have very good personal experience with Alwarood medical Center in Riyadh. They have e-medical facility.

Doctor asked me to remove my shirt only ;D, and for female they have female nurse for physical exam. However you can go Dar-Alafia Dammam to avoid any undesirable situation there they have male and female doctors both. You can select as per your comfort.
