Sat shri akal to all!! Need help , problems in showing exp of 10 months

hi all, after my btech it took me 10 months to find a job, after i got the job in mnc i left it in 10 months as i didnt find the profile good to work in and didnt take the exp letter now i have an experience of another 10 months in IBM. Can some tell me what to do with the problem of not being able to show experience of 1st company.(i have joining letter , 1st pay slip). Will it hinder my application for master in engineering and visa approval.?
