Hi is it true Saskatoon is the most quickest processing visa in Canada

My few friends got DM in five months

But is was before October 2017

No, Saskatoon office is painfully slow. After all, it's the only office in the province that processes citizenship applications. I'm honestly thinking about moving to another province just to speed up my citizenship process.

Maybe your file might get sent to the Regional Itinerant IRCC office coming up in Regina sometime in March(?)?

I live in Saskatoon, so most likely my application is stuck in Saskatoon office. Did anyone from SK October applicants get test invitation lately ? October applicants in other provinces are getting test invitations left and right like crazy.

Citizenship application is not a race...
Don't kid yourself. It's a race to get the thing accomplished before the next Federal election, after which, if the Conservatives won Government again, we could all be S.O.L.

Where's the fun in that if it ain't a race :)

You don't have to worry about that as long as your application doesn't take +2 years to be processed.

Oct 2019? really? you expect to be on here for that long? even when the Conservatives were there, you could still get the Citizenship.

Looks like Saskatoon is doing pretty well so far, some of October applicants got test invites in Jan and Feb including me on Feb 13.

Moving province for faster citizenship process? LOL. I wonder what some people would do, if government has policy that if you let 100 Canadian to use your back, then you would get citizenship in 7 days.
What a charming, original, and useful contribution to this forum. Go home, please.

Can an IRCC bureaucrat choose to 'sit' on any particular file for months/years if s/he chooses to? Can there ever be an early election called in Canada? After C-6's struggles, and no grandfathering-in clause in C-24, could one have any doubt as to the Conservatives' anti-immigrant stance?

all the best to you and all your crazy worries...

all of them have to come true for you to not have your citizenship eventually.
