I LIVE in Saskatchewan. I KNOW how all this works. Your experience is effectively IRRELEVANT. I don't care if you were the Director of Advertising for a big brand, you will NOT be coming here and getting an advertising manager job. It will NOT happen. These are highly coveted jobs where you need significant Canadian experience and local connections. You literally have to know powerful people in Saskatoon and Regina to get such jobs.
I have 10+ years experience from the UK, I am far more experienced than you, and I can tell you that I had to go down 2 levels in order to even get an entry into my field. I dropped down from a Marketing Director to a Marketing Specialist before become a Marketing Manager - it took 3 years.
In Canada they will not care about your international experience - they will look at it as effectively irrelevant and get you into a specialist position to prove yourself before making you manager.
Also have a think about what you're suggesting here, NOC 10022 jobs have a median salary of nearly $50/h in Saskatchewan. I am giving you a written guarantee that you will not be making that type of money - not even Canadian marketing managers make that type of money, it is extraordinarily rare and to make that type of money here, you need to basically be connected to a huge company or work for a long time in such a position in the government.
Do not tell me "not to be negative" - I am giving you a dose of the harsh reality if you come to Saskatchewan. Expect a demotion and expect to make $20-$25/h. Don't like the truth? Then don't come. This is the harsh reality of immigrating to Canada, you will not be laterally transferring into a manager job unless a Canadian company headhunted you for it.
Also, I don't know about your migration circumstances, but you will not be getting an employer/SINP nomination in an advertising manager position unless you somehow by miracle got such a job on an existing work permit and your employer is paying you $50/h. If they did, I'm quitting and joining your company.
