I have applied for SINP in July 2017. But they returned my application saying that dependent passport and user representative forms are missing. Indeed I have uploaded all the documents and same i have stored in my local folder as well. I am unable to navigate dependents documents like passport, Birth Certificate in the submitted application of the SINP portal. Do you know how to prove that the documents are uploaded? I am really worried that they are rejecting my application with this silly reason. But, I am sure that these documents are uploaded. Please let me know if any alternate option to prove it.

Just upload again and send them a note that it was their mistake. Sometimes if you deleted your doc then can't be uploaded again. And need to send by email to SINP adress. It mistakenly deleted a uploaded doc and couldn't upload again. Then a month later they requested for that doc as a missing one. Keep communicating with SINP. Best wishes

Do we also need to upload Police certificate for pre-application to SINP OID ?? or this is only required when we apply for PR?

I submitted my documents to federal government on Sep 12, 2016. I was asked to submit the police certificate of my country on Feb 2017 and I did so. I have not received any request for medical. Does anyone have similar situation?

No, you don't need to upload Police clearance certificate while applying to SINP. It will be needed when you will send your documents to CIC.

The education requirement for NOC2241 is mentioned as 2or3 year college program in Electrical and Electronics Engineering technology.(http://www23.statcan.gc.ca/imdb/p3VD.pl?Function=getVD&TVD=122372&CVD=122376&CPV=2241&CST=01012011&CLV=4&MLV=4).. If some with higher educational qualification (such as a 4-yr bachelor degree in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering), chose 2241, does it put any negative impact on the application? or lead to rejection?

I got my AOR1 june 14th exactly, then got a request letter to submit additional documents on the 28th of July which I did immediately that same say. After that, I have not heard or receive any further correspondence from them. I am worried .

Hi there.. Dont worry.. its delayed bcz you sent them.additional documents on request. So they would b verifying those. Once done your FT will happen..

Work related docx only required at the time of nomination......But there were cases where they have demanded the work related documents or some references from current employer.

Hello all,
I need your help.

I have completed my medical after request for medical by CIC last month when I was single in my application. Now I am married this month and informed immediately to CIC for change of marital status.
The problem arises when they issued me ADR requesting three forms updated, fees, marriage certificate, passport copy of spouse, birth certificate of spouse and PCC of spouse.
And i have to submit all in just 30 days.
The current passport of my wife has name which I am not intended to change after marriage but her passport shows father name instead of husband name.
If I start process of her new passport showing my name as husband then I need to change her National I'd card as well before that which take around 15 working days with marriage certificate 3 days additional and passport processing time in 10 working days and then PCC will also take 7 working days.
So it is not possible for me to send all documents within 30 days. ( if I arrange all urgently then still PCC will not be available).

Please advise should I send her old passport and PCC with that old passport information. and later update CIC for her new passport with my name as husband/father colomn ( her name will not change in passport).

an we apply for Open work permit if we are waiting for our decision on PR. I can travel to canada on visit visa if that is possible and apply open work permit till my deicision of PR is made under SINP OId Category please suggest..
