Hi no, I have not sent yet. But for this case, you have to fill up your visa office's IRCC webform and upload your new passport's scan copy, also write down the details. This is the link for Singapore visa office.

Hi Jyde. I just submitted mine last June 30 and the good news as of today it was approved which means I am already nominated. Will do the gathering of docs for PR submission.i sibmitted mine online and i have a valid job offer
