I have also done the same thing, It's better to do online payment and send the receipt attached with the application.

Basically CIC charged your payment if they are accepting your file, else they returned your file. So in general conditions payments will be accepted only when your UCI no. generated. so don't worry let it be CC or DD payment.

Hi,

I was in Canada when I received OID Nomination for September, 2015 in July 2016. I got an Open Work Permit (for Saskatchewan) from the CIC, based on the PNP certificate which is valid until Jan, 2018. My PR file under Provincial Nominee category is in process.

Presently, I am in India and got married recently.

1) I want to add my husband's name to my in-process PR file. I am not sure what is the procedure for doing the same as I could not find the checklist on CIC website.

2) Is it possible to file for my husband's Open Work Permit as my dependent? I do not have the job offer yet. Is he eligible for an Open Work Permit based on the OID PNP Certificate, as it is for skilled category?

I have applied for my TRV so that I can go back to Canada on the Open Work Permit.

Please advice.

CSE is Case Specific Enquiry. They will respond only if it fulfills their requirement. We can just hope that they will respond.

I think you should report this to CIC with e-mail proof. So that anything went wrong, they consider your request.

Don't worry . Inform SINP about it. Delete your AOR email from your email account, otherwise they will hack your Application number and then they can withdraw your Application from CIC. Inform CIC as well.

Yes. Its Webform. You can use your application ID (EP.....) and leave client id / UCI blank.
