Your husband HAD another woman.... But now he wants to live with his wife and children, that's why he sponsored you. He could EASILY avoid you and not sponsor you to bring you to canada. So cut the negative emotion and I'd suggest you to sit and talk about this matter, I'm sure you would find a peaceful solution.
If your husband wants he can cancel the sponsorship or if CIC suspect your relation than you could be in trouble.
My point is as he sponsored you that means he want you to live with him. Isn't it?? So isn't it better to forget the past? All upto you though ...

Jesus Christ man, what are you made of? Stone?

Have you even read what she said? Their kids are living WITH the husband and the "lover". As long as she wrote it right, they're still together.

I'd advise you to seek legal counseling, maybe at an immigrant center in Saskatchewan?

According to this website, your status won't be hurt (it's from Ontario though) even if you get divorced. He will still be responsible for you sponsorship for 3 years.

Have a look at this also:

You might be entitled for spouse support.

No man, I am made of blood flesh and some bones etc. that's why I didn't advised her to go to court straightway. It's not like a game when they got a kid and kids future mostly depends on their action.
My concern was as her husband sponsored them to come to canada that clearly mean something, if her husband intend to live with another woman why on earth would he sponsor his family to come to him!! and so I suggested her to have a clear discussion with each rather rather going to Court and take any legal action straightway. Sometime a discuss can solve many problem. War brings war. If mutual discussion can't bring any hope than of course she can seek help to stay in canada under May be human rights ground.

Dude, those sort of applications take a long time!
He might have applied to sponsor his family (wife and kids) even before meeting the other woman, when his wife actually meant something to him. Clearly, if you have an affair, the spouse does not mean anything to you anymore. But hey, that's my humble opinion only. If you find that cheating is ok....fine

His relationship might have meant something before, but clearly, now, as she stated, he's living with the mistress and the kids. The kids still mean something to him, he took them under his roof, but what about her?

I bet my right hand he was afraid to tell her beforehand that he was seeing another woman and preferred to wait and see what would happen as soon as she got there and found out he's a cheater by herself.

Do you think that if she knew she would still go to his arms, half way across the world, knowing he has an affair? Come on dude, no one is that naive!

She got there! It's been a long time since she saw her husband and whatnot! Is she happy for reuniting with her husband? No, this lady is on a strange country, alone, without her kids, no husband to help/support her, and you want her to sit down with him and have a chat? The guy is supporting some other woman for christ sake...

Look at all the consequences of his actions.
