hi i have applied for sinp on jan 2018 under international skilled-express entry. from past 2 month my application is in process after submitting all the documents. how long it may take to get reply from sinp

Dear brother,
I am from India and working in UAE - United Arab Emirates.
My wife lives and work in Canada. We both are Indian citizens.
My wife is 27/04/2017 Applicant
So we are expecting our PPR Soon.
My doubt is when we receive our PPR my wife can send her passport to Ottawa because she is staying inside Canada , so it is very easy to send.
In my case I cannot send my passport outside UAE by post or courier, because Indian passport cannot be send by post or courier outside.
My wife is the principal applicant.
Also we have a representative, usually all the emails from CIC is directly received by our representative and then he forward to my wife.
In this case what I have to do? What are the options I have ?

i guess you can submit your passport for visa or pr at your current location's Canada visa office.

Could you please put some light on the time taken by Saskatchewan State immigration department to final a candidate for nomination to live there as already it is more than two months since I filed by application on 1st Jan,2018 but it is showing status as "Application Received" till date. If anyone got any update/response from the Saskatchewan state for next step.

as far as i know you can but you can always clear your doubts by asking cic.

I Have Also Submitted on Jan 2018 status in process Recieved an email from Saskatchewan immigration that my file is on hold for the licensure approval my Noc code is 2132 and I have already applied for the licence to apegs and its in the completion of final stage, is anybody in same boat as i am pls share Ur experience

I have applied on Jan 1, 2018 in OID but still file 'in process' from 11 May 2018. Already 33 weeks has gone. How much time will they will take to get the nomination.
