please somebody advice, I sent my transcripts to IQAS since may2017.
till date I have not receive any feedback and I need it to submit my application in SINP OID .
can I submit my certificates without the transcript?

For OID Intake Transcripts are not required.

Transcripts are only required in case you apply under EE.

That transcripts are not the transcripts by WES or ICAS the transcripts mentioned at the link you have provide means the DMCs(Detailed Mark Sheets).

FYI..... I have not send any transcripts(WES/ICAS) except DMCs when I have applied.

Generally Transcripts and Mark lists are the same thing. In simple language. Especially in india
