in Generic Application Form For Canada;
in part 12 a)Previous countries of residence: During the past five years you lived in any country other than your
country of citizenship or your current country of residence (indicated above) for more than six months?

My question:
my wife was a student in Armenia for about 4 years, but she never stayed there for more than 6 month each time she
entered there, should we indicate that in part 12 of Generic form? or should we leave it blank.

Hi members,
Few clarifications required on required documents:
1. Birth Certificate: Any alternative document accepted like SSC or passport?
2. Funds: Just downloading the statement from Savings account is enough or we need to visit bank branch and have stamp/sign on the statement or do we need to do anything else?
3. Do we need to submit Police verification document too at the time of applying?
4. Documents format. Do we need to color scan them or we need to notalize them?

One more clarification regarding "Settlement Plans".

What exactly we need to do for "Settlement Plans". Under this section they have given a link which redirects to "Living In Canada". What are we supposed to do? (I am not able to post the links)
