My manager is position on Minister and he never sign the reference letter. Our company always sign reference letter by HR and puts official stamp on it. May i apply with reference letter which signed by HR?

1. I putted 2000 $ last month to my bank account. I am goin to put 5000 $ this month and 5000 $ in march. Is it normal put money part by part during 3 month collect enough money and get document about it to apply pnp?

2. May i open account for apply today or i have to wait opening ?

You need money in bank account before you apply. PNP may ask for 3 months before application.

You have to clear IELTS with atleast band 4 for most PNP

b) In the 6-10 year period prior to application submission date
