Depends What is your NOC? Do you have a job approval letter from your employer? Are you working in the province? All that will determine processing. This stream is for low/intermediate skilled workers. Processing for nomination is provided but doesn’t include IRCC processing.

Job offer is in process but not sure if employer is awared of such immigration programs.
Job will be offered for an open work permit and currently outiside the province
The employer needs to get SINP job approval. A job offer is not enough. Assume you have a year of full time experience in the job to be eligible since you are not working or living in the province.
i applied and got Sinp nomination on aug 2022 and did biometric on nov 2022 still waiting for work permit is anyone there same timeline ..anyidea how long does it take my noc is 6513 i guess of food server
