This thread is based in many Assumptions

If SINP open a new program In January 2016 for those without Job offer outside Express Entry.

You need to open a Bank Account now. this way you could produce a Bank statement from October to December 2015,
when they request it.

Check the occupation on Demand, and assume that the same occupations will be available in 2016 and start preparing
your documentation.

Remember occupations that requires License don't have a chance to apply, becase they require you profession be
Licensed before applying and this could last at least 1 year.

I need advice as regards SINP 2016. My husband and i are preparing for the program in January. He runs his own business therefore functions as the MD of the company. His reference letter will be written by one of the directors of the company. He has a salary account but no salary has been paid from the corporate account this year due to slow state of business. He has however earned money through other sources. I have recommended that he ensures his salary is paid from the corporate account this month and subsequently since things are better now and cic might request statement from salary account after nomination. Will appreciate your advice on the best way to go about this. Thanks

What if your noc is not included in the list of in demand occupation? You can't apply for this pnp?

Your account doesn't have to be related to your Job whatsoever.

The only important thing here is that your account needs to have the required amount to cover your family since at least October

Another point is that CIC doesn't require proof of funds, but SINP when you apply.

unlike Manitoba, friends in Saskatchewan are not relevant, only relatives to get points....

There is not a 2015 guide yet, probably they are going to release one in November, get close to SINP site.

I am trying to get set for Jan stream.
I hope and pray that my license will be ready before that time.

I applied for APEGS as that is a major requirement.
I have sent all required document but still waiting for their response.
Their is just three months left!!
My NOC is 2133
