nearly 2 years ??? Thats too much.. In Alberta you receive nomination in 2-4 months and total PR within 1 year. I have heard BC is even quicker. May I ask in what field are you? You should try CEC as well ..

AINP nomination takes around 12 months these days and the CIC process around 10 months. it is no longer 2-4 months for Alberta anymore. BC is a little faster than Alberta.

DEAR S.K thanks but tell me about the total time frame to complete the saskatchewan program throught(SINP) proccess, i mean minimimly time frame and maximimly time frame?thanx
reply

The SINP states 4 to 8 months on their website, 15 is too long. It took us about 9 months. Just email them and get an update on your application. They are generally very helpful and quick to reply on email inquiries.

Hi all,

I recently got nominated for permanent residency from Saskatchewan under student category on Jan 19th 2011 and mailed my federal application to Buffalo on March 3rd 2011. I am currently on a post-graduate work permit and got admission at U of Toronto for Fall 2011. I am in a dilemma to decide if i should apply for a new 'Study Permit' or does nomination letter entitle me engage in studies in a Canadian University. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Hello All!
Can someone tell me, does buffalo visa office ask for police clearance certificate? I have been in Canada for last two years so will I have to provide them the certificate from authorities of my back home? or only from RCMP? I will much appreciate your help!

You will need a PCC from each country where you have lived for more than six months since the age of 18. In case of Pakistan, you will have to get a PCC from each District where you have lived.
