Saskatchewan health Card HELP!!!

Hi
Please any one can help me how to apply for saskarchewan Health card online

i am newly landed and yet to receive PR card i have SIN paper ( which mention my address in Saskatchewan) and landed document stamped so
does my SIN paper qualify for showing residency in SK and landed document is enough for support to be legal entitlement in canada???

please help me i have to apply for myself and kid and due to less mobility i cant visit there office

yes i am registered to the site and have read everything thats why am asking specifically the two documents that can eligible me to apply for card as i havent received PR card yet and i am living with sister so no tenancy document except sin which mention saskatchewan address.

Your sister will provide a letter saying you live with her and she does not charge you rent and your Permanent home is SK. Your other document can be your COPR
