In Saskatchewan close family relatives, it is mentioned that your relative Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident living in Saskatchewan.
Now my question is my relatives are in Toronto, Ontario but they are Canadian Citizen.
So i get those 20 Points of close relatives or not?

And what about more Nomination program in Canada, which i go through without job offer.
Don't mention Express Entry (FSW & CEC) i already done working on it.

You need to have family living in the province that's nominating you. Relatives in Ontario won't be of any help at all if you are applying through a difference province.

And what about the Quebec?
"Canadian citizen or permanent resident living in the Province of Quebec?"
So, here is the same situation like Saskatchewan? Because my Uncle and Aunt Canadian Citizen but living in Toronto, Ontario.
Please correct me if i am not wrong.

No points for Quebec if they live in Ontario. Again, it’s a different province to where your relatives live. You would need to find a program in Ontario that has points for relatives.
