Although it will not be a problem for a citizenship application but as a best practice you should stay there for few more months and keep applying for a job in SK.
If you are unable to get a job in SK and got job offer from another province then inform SINP about your situation, then move to that province.
You should keep all the documentary evidence in order to avoid any issue in future.
Bear in mind SK is one of the cheapest province in Canada to live with family.

Legally you can stay and work anywhere after landing. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/new-immigrants/pr-card/understand-pr-status.html
If you are unable to find the job then you can move. There is no mandatory to inform SINP.

Just refer citizenship instruction guide to know whats being asked. They dont ask anything on how you got PR(either through pnp, ee, spouse, etc) and what was the province etc. They just ask about your whereabouts such as addresses, job etc as citizenship requires just residency days inside Canada.

You responded to a two year old post - not sure if you are likely to hear back from OP.
Search the forum, there was a recent case quoted about NS where the applicant was denied with little hope according to lawyers.

I could not find the post you are referring to. I wanted to know OPs experience, if they are still on the forum.
