Sask PNP: can i do landing in Toronto and come back?

i have got my immigration through saskatchewan PNP. now the thing i dont understand is that is it compulsory to do the landing in Saskatchewan or not? i mean if i drive to Toronto (as I live in east coast of USA) and come back, is it going to be acceptable? and will I be able to make the sin card and other stuff?
i would highly appreciate the reply of those who has PNP and done landing like that.
