Make sure you have your certifications and that they are current. Look at those job websites and see what certifications Canadian employers are looking for.
There are also employment agencies that specialize in IT and/or management-level hiring. Companies tend to be wary of hiring new immigrants, but employment agencies may be able to find work for you.
