Hello everyone.I have requested my notes in July 31st, and never got them. On sep 5th l gt an email saying that they needed 60 more days to complete whatever they had to do to give me my notes.
Until now it has been 92 days and l was wondering if anyone is on the same boat or know a phone number l can call regarding this subject.
PS: I am an outland applicant and I have been in Canada since end of July.

I received my PPR today (finally - more than six months!).
One quick question - When they request the "Height and Eye Colour", in which format do they expect to receive such information?
Can I just write an explanation letter stating it?

Didn't either have any interview or additional documents requested. Just a long wait.
6 months is a short wait actually. People have been waiting for over 20 months. We have been waiting almost 9 so far.
It really varies greatly. I have a friend who got in 29 days.
Similar case to mine and applied on the same day.
Would like to say that it's easy to keep track on the timeline, but it seems not so straightforward.
Sorry, I thought this group was discussing all SPVO cases.

I just typed it on a word document and used inches / centimetres ( if that’s your question )
Just put all your personal info at the top such as file number and UCI
then height : xx in/ xxx cm

That's exactly what I wanted to understand, because I'll need to send a hard copy of that. They asked me to send in the same envelope as my passport and photos.
How long did it take to receive your passport back?

They got my passport on dec 11th and l am still waiting to get it back
Apparently l won't have it until January (based on what l am seeing on this forum)
Someone called CIC and they said it would take a while , maybe because of the Holidays l imagine
I sent it to Ottawa btw
