I never lived in Canada so my documents for the marriage will be just the birth certificate and passport with tourist visa. I hope that's enough? I'll ask them some urgency but after I'm married and back to Brazil I can wait for the certificate while I start my application. The important thing is to get married now

I would really like for him to come to Canada to visit, however, May 1st, is around the time our application should be getting some movement. Interesting, I would like to learn more things about that - sending Passport to Ottawa instead. But I also heard that applying for a visitor visa while waiting for Spousal Sponsorship is not recommended (will be rejected 99%) unless you have a really valid reason to come back to Brazil.katdanger said:
