Do the explanations that I submit have to be in any special format in order to be considered? The terminology.. Should it be like in judicial letters? Very formal I mean.. And above all.. Does the volume of phrases have any restrictions? For example the amount of sheets.. How much would you recommend for a typical writing? If you just have any samples or templates that would be really helpful.
