Please how can I get samples of sponsorship and affidavit of support letters ?

Sponsorship letter should be unique to any sponsorship letter, you need to state your relationship with your sponsor, why he/she is sponsoring you, where he works, how much is the salary per year, provide a contact no of the employer of your sponsor.

I'm aware its suppose to be a unique document. But I was just wondering if I could get a sample to provide my sponsor with a guide to structure mine. Thanks. I do appreciate your contribution
