As a permanent full time employee, he is working hours are 40-45 hours/week and entitled to all health benefits. His annual salary is approximate $ 35,000 -$40,000. Current pay rate is $ xxx/hour and entitled to increase with the his work progress.

His position as a shift manager (NOC code 6311) includes following responsibilities and duties:

• Oversees and supervises daily operations of the restaurant during his shift.

• Assign duties, responsibilities, and work stations to employees in accordance with schedules during the shift.
• Address guest concerns, requests, or issues either individually or by enlisting the help of others (i.e., management and hourly associates)
• Give constructive feedback to staff to help them do their jobs better
• Responsible for cleaning of all areas, including the dining area, kitchen and restrooms, ensuring that light fixtures function, making sure safety instruments are current and that safety procedures are followed, overseeing all staff
• Provide training for newly hired staff to ensure each new employee understands the restaurant's philosophy and management's expectations.
• Keeps the records of daily sale, monitors the daily receipts, and closely tracks and works within the restaurant's budget.
• Take necessary action during the shift to reduce wastage.
• Responsible for Health and Safety of workers.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

It looks good - one comment, if you are paid an hourly wage, you don't have an annual "salary." Better to say "approximate annual earnings of..."

It would help to have a sentence or two describing your employer, where you work. Also, as a manager, it would be good to add information on how many staff you supervise...
