You aren’t traveling for leisure. You need to be honest and explain that you are trying to get your H1B stamped. Canada and the US share immigration data so IRCC will be able to see that your H1B is expiring soon and asu e you may be trying to get it stamped inCanada.

• Your immigration status outside your country of nationality or habitual residence.
• You have limited employment possibilities in your country of residence.
Can anybody guide me what shoud i do to imporve my application or can i go for reconsidration.

How long was visit? So you don’t live in your country of citizenship so you need to show ties to return. If immigration status is up for renewal then IRCC is concerned you will not leave Canada. IRCC believes you don’t have stable employment and again will not leave.
