hi.
i hope everyone is doing fine. i am a silent observer of the page i was wondering when is opnp opening again. also that what is required to add to provide the proof of residence in ontario.

is it mendatory to show the lease agreement.
OR
is it enough to show the bank statements , credit card bills and phone bills instead of lease agreement/tenance agreement.

I have a scenario and I wonder if you guys can provide your views.
At the time of sending my letter of intent, I am residing in an old address: XYZ. The next month, I move to another place: ABC, but my application has my old address. I do not have the lease of the new place, except for an email confirmation.

Question: should I inform the BC officer of the new place in my letter of intent or should I pretend I still stay at the old place and wait for them to process?

Not at all. A convincing letter would be enough for the case officer to approve it. I do not have any ties in Ontario, not even a friend and got nominated. I checked two type of letters here which could help others in writing their letters ahead-

Nope, you can just tell them what you love about Ontario, why do you choose it, what will you do in Ontario in the near future. Try to convince them that you are the best candidate and you will be fine
