sample letter of employment

Hey,

I have to upload my letter of employment with visa application. I have been a civil servant in Govt. Of Pakistan. As per the letter of contract it has been mentioned that no study leave is permissible with in first five years of appointment. However this policy got revised now. My question is whether I should upload this letter or I request the head of department for issuing me a letter of employment? If so then pl share me a sample employment letter.

you should get a recent letter of employment to avoid complications with your visa , it's pretty easy to get one it shouldn't take more than one day , I have my father's letter of employment but he's from morocco and it's in french i don't know if it's going to be of any help but here it is if you're interested in seeing it : oi57.tinypic.com/2hhdmrb.jpg
