Same wording for 2 reference letrs from 2 emploers of the same NOC. Any issue?

I had the similar situation - needed to write both of the letters since my employers were lazy... I used different wording for job duties and responsibilities, as well as I modified the statement in Certificate of Employment with job and salary details.Ordinary said:
Exactly same letters might look suspicious, in the real world there is no chance that 2 different persons will write exactly same letters, which might raise the alarm to VO. I would not risk, but would modify it a bit just to play on the safe side.
