Same type of job as your primary NOC

I am applying under the "skilled Work Experience " of Express Entry. It is mentioned that "
Your work experience must be: in the same type of job as your primary NOC" on
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who.asp
What does the same type mean here? Should it be the same Noc?
I have 4 years of work experience under the Noc 4011 "University professors and lecturers"
in my home country and 4 years under Noc 4012 "Post-secondary teaching and research assistants" here in Canada. Are they concidered as the same type of jobs?
