Same SIN card for ON CAMPUS AND OFF CAMPUS WORK?

Hi guys,

I need to know..if same SIN card made, can be used for ON campus work in the beginning, and then in OFF campus works after 6 months? Or do I need different SIN card for OFF campus work permits? Please clear this confusion.

Once you are issued your SIN number its for life of your workpermit till you become a PR or a citizen.

Your SIN will always be same until you get PR. Student SIN starts with 9, therefore it does not matter if you are working on campus or off campus!

Your SIN Card issued temporary workers including students working on-campus or off-campus has an expiry date.

So check the expiry date of the SIN card.
