hi.. i just want to ask about same sex marriege. i'm in relationship with a girl for 6 months, she already PR here in canada and i am still under working permit.. we want to live together but because of the circumstances of my status we cant do that because im live in. we only live together for the weekend. were thinking to get married. are we allowed to get married and what is the requirements that we need? is there a big possiblity that the government grant out wishes to get married? plss help me to answer this question.. thank you..

Same sex marriage is legal in Canada. It is treated the same as opposite-sex marriage so the requirements are the same

You don't have to live together for 1 year to get married.
