@mahi2020 : I don’t know if it s possible in Morocco, I ve never heard of it @mgnlky : I think we have some rent invoices in my partners name. We didn’t taught about immigration before, so we never really cared about who’s name is on the papers
Why don't you both apply independently. Since you don't have any strong proof of common law relationship and also since it's not acceptable in your country, I think applying for PR separately makes more sense.

Well, I checked everywhere on the web, and everybody says that it s bad if we do it separately because we are actually living together for many years..
do you think I should contact a lawyer or something ?

Its bad as its long and tedious to sponsor later if other partner is non-accompanying. However, if you can both apply separately as individuals at the same time, i dont see why not. Best of luck!
Well in this case there s a risk that one of us don’t get the Visa and then after will be forced to sponsor. I d rather try applying together and take the risk. Thank u so much for your response @ranjangaur4

It's not wrong to apply separately. Many a times married couples also apply independently due to circumstances. So it's not something that's not allowed.
Why don't you calculate your crs score independently and see how each of you is placed? If you both have good crs scores (445 and above is a safe score currently) then there's no risk at all.
But if one of you is weak in English (unable to get a good IELTS score) or doesn't have enough work experience or a high education to get the required crs score then it would be risky to do it separately. If this is the case, try and arrange for a concrete proof of your common law relationship and apply together.
