Salary mismatch in Offer letter and Reference letter for NOC. Will this be an issue? - Please Help!

Hi,

My offer letter has stated an annual CTC which is different from what they have stated in the reference letter. The reference letter amount is the amount I had earned actually and it is lesser than the offer letter mentioned. Will this be an issue?

Depends on how much the difference is. Why are you paid less than what is in the offer letter ?

My offer letter mentioned CTC which consists of annual fixed compensation, variable bonus and other benefits. What I have drawn is higher than the annual fixed compensation but lesser than the mentioned CTC in offer letter.
