Salary mismatch and LOE duties too generic

I got my GCMS note today and found couple of concerns raised by VO.

Concern 1: LOE shows reported earning of $44,366 and A T4 from 2013 shows reported earning of $46487.

Reason: I noticed that salary mismatch due to overtime hours and salary raise by my employer couple of times in last calendar year. I have all the payslips for the calender year 2013 and i am thinking to send all the payslips and make an Excel sheet to highlight data as required. However when I complied all the data from salary slips I noticed that T4 shows reported earning of $46487 while the actual earning is $46507 ($20 difference).
My question is is it required to ask my employer to correct the problem in T4 or I can write a letter to explain the situation since it is only $20 difference and I suspect the mistake is made my by employer while calculating.

Concern 2:Duties in LOE are too generic and do not provide details necessary to confirm work experience in this NOC
I have applied under NOC 2241 (Electronics technician)
In my LOE my employer wrote down following duties.

Preventive and corrective maintenance of electronic equipment including but not limited to : security systems; electro-mechanical equipment and systems; CCTV systems; computers, computer control networking systems;and communication equipment and systems. This position also requires completion of technical and other administrative duties.

Any response will be greatly appreciated.

You can send additional documents to CIC and just ask them to attach them to your file.

Include a note with the above information and documents mentioned PLUS your file number, full name, date of birth.

Electrical and electronics engineering technicians perform some or all of the following duties:
Assist in the design, development and testing of electrical and electronic components, equipment, and systems
Assist in inspection, testing, adjusting and evaluation of incoming electrical, electro-mechanical and electronic components and assemblies to ensure conformance with product specifications and tolerances
Conduct life tests (burn-ins) on assemblies and record and analyze results
Assist in building and testing prototypes to specifications
Carry out a limited range of technical functions in support of research in electrical and electronic engineering and physics
Install, operate and maintain electrical and electronic equipment and systems
Calibrate electrical or electronic equipment and instruments according to technical manuals and written instructions
Collect and compile operational or experimental data and assist in the preparation of estimates, schedules, budgets, specifications and reports.

salary minors would be ok

the duties would be the trouble .

check above , there are 8 items: the keywords is assist or own on: design, develop, research, install, carry out, reports.

but your is just maintain .

I don't know how to correct your duties.

now it really depends on the VO if nice or not. because duties can't be changed, but your boss can explain it. firstly you boss need admit, left something. or you can check if other NOC is better for it.

I think 2242 or 2243 is better match your duties, even though, your duties still need be detailed:

after check 2242 and 2243, I think 2241 is not your NOC. 2241 is much more higher requirement.
