Greetings all,
I have a question please that makes me wonder.
Now does the salary matter in express entry application process. I am claiming 2 years experience and didnt receive a raise in these 2 years and actually my salary is low compared to multinational companies where I live.
So does the wage raise any alerts

Thank you, because some threads here have been saying that it does and this is why i was worried
The only thing CIC website states in regards to income, is that if you are to claim points for work experience, your work needs to have been paid. Thats it!

Thank you so it doesnt make the VO doubt the reference letter with nob responsibilities or anything?, i am an engineer working in a gulf country.
Well, I'm not sure how your reference letter looks like. But the NOC code that you have chosen, needs to match the duties I'm your reference letter. Not by 100%... But you should at least see that you have more than half of the duties at your work.
And CIC doesn't care if you are a junior engineer or senior.

It has all the duties yes and they are close to those of the noc maybe only 2 or 3 out of 9 duties doesnt have anything to do with me, what i was worried about only is my duties are plenty and my pay is not at all like that in Canada and even less than some engineers who work in big companies here. This is why i was wondering

I understand! But my friend...you don't have anything to worry about. As long as the duties match, your job gives you an income, you work full-time and for at least 1 year continuously than you are good to go.

Also, just as a piece of advice. I received my ppr this week after 6 months of wait. During this wait everyone worried about anything and everything.
So I understand your worry. But there will be so much more to worry about in the coming months. Instead spend time with your family and friends and just wait for a reply from CIC. Coz now that I have gotten my PPR I will be moving in a little bit more than a month. And right now I feel like I should have spend more time with my family and friends instead if just worrying.
