I have been employed for 15 months paid for 11 months in cash and now being paid in account...
WAt salary proofs should i attach ? Is it fine to be paid both in cash and account?

Being paid in cash is not uncommon, but should be mentioned in reference letter.
As long as it shows that you were paid for the job, you're fine.

Yeah it is fine.

Get your Salary mentioned on your reference letter from your employer. No need mention on reference letter that you were paid in cash.

Rather try to get your salary slips duly signed by your employer and mention here on these salary slips that ‘Paid in cash’ (For the 11 months you were paid in cash) and ‘Salary transferred to Account No. XXXXXXXX.’ (For the remaining months when you were paid in your account).

Also try to attach ITRs, if you have any.
You will be fine.
