Salary in job letter

I have an expereience about 3 years and for all i got salary in cash and never deposited any amount in saving bank account. By this i mean i have no saving or current account but only FDs gifted by my father.
Q..1....Is there any problem of salary in cash and no account statement for the purpose of providing evidence of work experience?
Docs which i would provide: refernce letter, salary certificate, appointment letter and payslips; nothing else....
Q.2..I have crs 370 in oct..i will be 382..
I took ielts for 2 times never got scoe of CLb 9 what i can do....now .

Not having your payment being directly paid into your bank account would not be a problem as long as you have your payslips to prove them. If you are going to apply under FSW just make sure your bank account has the minimum required as proof of funds.
Now regarding the ielts results, you can also consider taking the CELPIP exam instead as some people think this exam is not that hard comparing to IELTS.
Use celpip website, there is a lot of useful content and material about the test format.

Is celpip available in India?
I found it only in canada and USA..no test center in india

You will need to check in the website to find the locations, but in my opinion it totally worth it, so even if you are planing a trip to Canada somewhere in the future, it would be interesting to apply for this test instead.
