I'm not sure if anyone has been this situation before. My employer applied for an LMIA where it states my salary at the time on Oct 2. I recently received a salary increase and I'm not sure if this can affect the compliance of the LMIA, as we haven't received a positive LMIA yet. If it would, I would just simply tell my employer to defer that increase until I get my BOWP.
I tried doing some research but the only thing that came up is modifications after a positive LMIA is issued.
