Congratulations!! You must feel relieved to finally receive the CSQ. How long was it after you had received the Avis until they sent you an invite for an interview?

I don't remember correctly but it should be within a few days.

Sighs... I'm guessing because my proof of employment is fine, so now they're questioning my French competency. I really don't mind having an interview. It just means that now I have to wait longer like you said... Good thing is my LMIA is being submitted this week.

Well... I just got an Avis de vérification on Friday, so I guess the wait time just got extended :( Hopefully I wouldn't have to an interview because it'd just make the process longer.

Sept 9 - Additional and revised documents were uploaded. Status changed to "En traitement" automatically. (They asked for more pay stubs and an updated employment letter)

That's great news! Lawyer just uploaded additional documents in response to their request so finger crossed I'm getting an update by the end of this week.

Finger crossed that we're receiving good news in the next 2-3 weeks. My LMIA is in process but waiting for CSQ is brutal lol.

It's almost 5 months for us, so finger crossed we'll get some updates soon. I'd like to think that the longer we have to wait, the more we'll get our CSQ without any interviews or avis de verification lol.
