Still I m waiting for reply. :

Sounds like they were sending your application to be processed in London on July 14th. The London visa office might not have opened it up yet.
It seems there are a lot of applicants from Islamabad being send to London to help with the processing, since the Islamabad office is extremely slow and inefficient.
