I AM ON PR CARD NOW. AND LIVING IN PAKISTAN SINCE FEB 2013.. AND WIL BE GOING TO CANADA IN FEB 2014.. MY NIKKAH WILL BE HELD ON JAN 2014.. SO CAN U TELL ME ALL THE DOCUMENTS NEEDED FROM MY WIFE SIDE AS SHE IS OUTSIDE OF CANADA..

PLEASE NAME THE DOCUMENTS ONLY.. DONT GIVE ME LINKS PLEASE.. AND IN WHICH LANGUAGE I SHOULD GIVE THE DOCS..

You need the links because it is better to type them and print them and some forms you need to validate them (provide all up-to-date information) for the form to produce bar codes.

There are bascically 3 sets of form: One set for you (Set 1: Sponsor Forms), one set for your wife (Set 2: Sponsored Person Forms) and then another set for your wife (Set 3: Pakistan specific Forms).

Have your wife complete the last 2 sets, have her sign them, get the necessary documents and bring them with you in Canada. Then you fill out the Forms (set 1) and send everything out to Mississauga.

You must mail them after you have arrived in Canada.

As for pictures, they are very helpful. You should mention about the Engagement in 2012 and the Nikkah in 2014. Get as much pictures possible. Explain in the Form why there was no Reception.

how can i validate the form.. do i have to fil them on laptop then print ,, cant i just take the print and fill them with black ink??


secondly.. set 2 and set 3 are almost the same.. set 3 has few addtional documents only.. do i have to give 2 copies or one wil be ok>

There is a valdiate button on the form u click it when completes and a bar codes will show up u have to print them with the bar codes as for your second question sorry i am unsure

wa alikom salam. Please note that there are special requirements for your country. Read and study this guide as it will give you very good detailed information of what you need as for documents that will support your aplication.

You don't need to duplicate anything, one copy is fine.

As you stated in your first post that you would only be doing the Nikkah, I suggest you have a look here http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/married-nikkah-only-while-pr-applicatoin-under-process-t170341.0.html. There have been refusals of Nikkah only cases, so you need to be very prepared with your application.

Fill in the forms from your computer, click on the "validate" button, print them and then sign them.

MY NIKKAH IS ON 8TH JAN AFTER THAT I WILL CHANGE THE STATUS ON CNIC AND PASSPORT FOR BOTH MINE AND MY SPOUSE...SO AFTER TAHT I SHOULD GET THE MEDICAL DONE AND POLICE VERIFICATION CERTICATE OR .. I CAN GET IT NOW? WITH HER SAME NAME AND SINGLE AS HER STATUS MRRIAGE SATATUS?
