Safety officer 1 month training plus 2 years Visa

I came across this advertisement in Pakistan which offers 1 month training and 2 year safety officer job. They are asking for 15,000 rupees initial fees and 50,000 rupees after visa. 700 canadian dollars for training to be paid when you land in Canada. Anyone has gone from Pakistan to Canada on this safety officer job ?

what they said the visa is going to be for 6 months and after the training is done and you pass the test you get a job placement. 2 year contract and visa will be for 2 years aswell. yeah 15,000 rupees initially.
