Hello! FCA magiging work ko sa Canada. Nung feb ako unang nag submit sa CEM then na-denied ako. Nag reapply ulit ako nung May 8.

Hi to all,

I reapply 1st week of August, just got the visa this day.
I made 6 explanation letters for all refusal reasons but my main reason is the purpose of visit.
I submitted proof of funds, pay records, insurance, sss contribution, car registration and real property docs.
After 1 month and a half, visa received.

Congrats!... Ang bilis goldbank, actually ung sa akin last May pa ako nagreapply and until now wla pa din, im so worried kc AUGUST 6 expired na LMO ko...oh GOD! Sana nga possitive result...

Pang 3rd time ko na nag apply ng application sa canada thru Temporary Worker... 1st attempt ko was last 2008... medical na ko but then na cancel na just because wala na kong employer dun sa canada because of recession. then etong 2011.. na refused naman dahil "My current employment siutation and limited employment prospects in your country of residence" because i was employed by that time... and then AGAIN... refused ulit application ko same na naman ng reason "My current employment siutation and limited employment prospects in your country of residence" pero tapos na ko mag medical kaya kala ko waiting na ko for visa.. meron naman akong work ngayon pero bakit ganun na naman?.. hayy anyone knows kung ano po ba ang solution sa refusal reason na yan..

hi try2722! I am here in this forum bcoz I am on process now in applying for TWP. Anyway, because of my friends who are in Canada now. I think in your situation po... Is your work related with the company that you were applying in Canada? Dapat din I think they are looking that you were somehow established na with your career now dahil mejo naghihigpit na po yata ang CEM ngyn unlike before. ANd lastly, if you want to be sure with your application somehow you can ask for any agency assistance here in Manila. You'll will spend because of their service fee pero that is better. They are the experts in this field kaya for sure they can assist you in an excellent way with your application. Just a piece of advise po! Hope somehow it helps!

Hi,ask ko lang I have LMO and worked permit provided ng employeer ko,over 3 months na paghihintay ko,dumating ang refusal ng visa application ko from canada,problema ko ngayon LMO expired na before ko matangap ang refusal letter ng visa ko,tanong pwede pa ba ma renew yung LMO ko....

actually re-apply ng lmo. bale parang nag aapply uli ng lmo kasi ang lmo na naexpired na ay di nairerenew. may mga paraan na para mapabilis tulad ng accelerated lmo kaso sa hanay na ng employer yun o agency. tayong mga tfw ang nasasakupan natin ay work permit. kaya anumang bagay na may kaugnayan sa lmo at pagfofollow up ay employer lang ang pwede. meron silang parang id. no at identification para maentertain sila ng service canada...

hi Sphinx.. ask lang if u know ilang months ang pag reapply or pag accelerated ng LMO?, tnx. My visa was rejected and ang sabi ng employer ko mag antay lang muna me d q sure if inaapply nya now wala p kc response s email q now... tnx so much

Sana po mabigyan nio aq ng advice lalo n dun s education n sampung taon.. meron kc aqng 1 year and 1 semester n ntpos s college ko.. tingin nio po isama ko rin un.. ayoko po kc n maging grounds ulit refusal s akin kc d nmn aq nktapos ng college.
