Naa ba dri same situation na nag apply study permit with accompanying spouse?

i have been approved sa study permit. already here sa vancouver but jan 2016 pa start ako class. hope to meet some who are already here and those still coming.

medical req: aug. 15
Med req.done: aug.18
Sept.21, 2015 nakareceive ko email, my application to study was approved na daw. Thanks be to God. Prayers to those who patiently wait for visa decision.

Sa mga nkadawat na ug Student Visa, pwede ninu i-share ang docs inyo gi pang attach aside sa mga minimum requirements? Naa man gd ko nakit-an nga sample nga nag show gyd sya ug portfolio ninya (fashion design iyang course).

7 weeks na lang ang processing time karon sa CIC Manila if all your docs are in order

CIC Forms
IMM1924 - Application for Study Permit - downloaded form, filled it out, then validated it. Once validated, it will generate a barcode page. Print all 5 pages then put the barcode page at the top of your application.
IMM5257 - Application for Temporary Resident Visa - downloaded form, filled it out, validated it before printing
IMM5483 - Document Checklist for a Study Permit - downloaded form, printed. Checked off the boxes using pen.
IMM5645 - Family Information - downloaded form, filled it out, printed.
Manager's check for visa application fee - PhP 5,760 for VFS application (official amount is CAD150)

Personal Documents
Current, valid passport - Validity must cover the length of your program
Photocopy of old passport with foreign visa, stamps from travel to other countries
2 pcs ID picture based on specifications from the Canadian Embassy (download photo specs from CIC website)
Birth certificate - original copy
NBI Clearance - must be taken at the longest 3 months before your application date. If you have an NBI Clearance dated more than 4 months before your application date, they will not accept it. Purpose must state "VISA CANADA"
High School Diploma - certified true copy
High School Transcript of Records - certified true copy
College Diploma - certified true copy
College Transcript of Records - original copy (kay I have many copies man, but you can opt to have it certified)
Certificate of Graduation from University - certified true copy
IELTS Result - certified true copy
Certificates of employment from all the companies I worked for - one company closed down so I couldn't get a CoE, I just submitted samples of my published work
Six months payslip from current company
Employment contract from current company
2014 ITR from current company
Short resume

Academic Documents / Financial Support
Letter of Acceptance from Centennial College
Official Receipt of Tuition Payment from School
Correspondence from School Representative (optional only)
Letter and affidavit of support from parents - notarized
Summary of Bank accounts and investments - Excel sheet, printed out

Mangayo ko ug advice and recommendation sa inyo pohon.

Enhance Visa ang naga-process sa ako papers. Daghan na ko nabasahan about sa ila mao naniguro pud ko kaya nagjoin ko diri.

Nag-inquire pud ko sa Enhance before pero ga-decide ko nga ako na lay mufile without agency.

Hello scorpio1641. Sa FDU-Vancouver ako uni. Master's degree akoang gi-applyan. Pero nagsugod pko kay nagparenew ko passport, hapit three months bago makuha. 1st wk of november pa marelease.

Hala no?? Grabe na jud diay ang backlog sa passports oi. Last year kay 5 weeks ko gahuwat sa akoa.
Anyway, May intake pa man ka so okay ra na muapply in December

Sp denied this oct lang jud for the reasons. You have not satisfied me that you would leave canada at the end of your stay. In reaching in this decision, i considered several factors, including a. Employment prospects in country of residence b. Current employment situation c. Personal assets and financial status.

Applied thru agency. 1 year program ako gi applyan sa niagra college. M a nurse. Currently employed as a nurse. I have sponsors in canada 1st degree relatives with more than 50k cad for show money. I dont understand why kana nga reasons nga qualified man ko ana tanan. And karon na end of oct ma expire ang LOA from school. What should i do? Thanks sa tabang.

1 more question. Diba naay murag side notes/ more detailed notes ang embassy why na deny? Pwede ba ta mka request ana?

Hi, Booky. Unsa man ang imo program nga gi-applyan sa Niagara? How long have you been working as a nurse?

Wala ko kasabot ngano gi-deny ka actually based on your financial status. 1st degree - meaning aunt or uncle? Did they give you a letter of support? Unsa ang documents nga imong gipangsubmit?

As for your LOA, ask Niagara for a deferral. I take it you're applying for January intake? Maka-apas pa man ka, i-ask ang college to give you a revised one.

Yes, you can get CAIPS notes for your case, kaya lang mubayad ka then murag you have to wait for a few weeks to get it. Here's the link: http://caipsnotes.com/

Hello.. MAS akong course. Unsa imoha? Ako by December or january pa tingali ko maka-apply visa. May 2016 man akong target.
