Before you re-apply, you need to fix whatever concerns the VO had with your application.

First question - how much supporting money did you and your husband show in your application?
Should be enough to cover first year tuition + 10,000 for expenses + 4,000 extra for your husband. However, if your program is two years, it is advisable to show enough to cover two years.

Second - pareha mong fresh graduate sa imo husband? Or ikaw ra? I think this will work against you man gud kay wala kay ipakita nga "employability" sa VO. Kinahanglan man gud, you have to show that when you come back after study, there's a job waiting for you and you can pick up your life here (bisan gyud nga intention nato to stay). To counter this, did you include a statement of purpose in your application? Ug gi connect ba nimo imo nahuman sa Global Health Education? When you say medical professional -- means nurse? doctor? Pharma akong course, then ang akong studies kay sa Global Health Administration and Human Services.
Mga kung mga 1M among mapakita na funds aside sa funds sa amoa parents 1.5M ma sakto na nah siya?
Na depress jud mi, kay ni ingon jud ang agency sa amoa na ok ra walay work experience coz mu skwela man ko didto.. Naa man nuon mi business, co-partner mi sa akong grandma, mao na ang source sa akong savings.
Pero wala namo na declare kay gihimo nalang sya na sa business sa ako grandma na under.
Regarding sa course, i feel man na related siya kay mao pod to ang gi recommend sa kato akoa education consultant.

Okay ra imo funds, pero duda ang VO sa source sa imo funds because how come fresh grad ka pero you have 1M in your bank account? You should declare kung naa kamo business with your grandma - if not, wala sila kahibaw diin na gikan.

You did not tell me whether you wrote a letter explaining why you chose that course, why you chose to study again instead of looking for gainful employment in the Philippines, what you plan to do with that course after you graduate ug unsa ang connect ana sa course nga imo gigraduatan. If you didn't have this letter, understandable madeny ka kay dili logical sa mata sa VO ang imo application.

Yes you can re-apply include this letter with your application. Yes, you can apply directly to VFS Cebu without any agency. Many people in this forum did the same thing.

Wala namo na declare pag first ang kato sa business. I think dapat jud ni itransparent ang mga papers. Mao jud amo na lack og buhat. Although, ako jud purpose is to be a PR in Canada, naa jud ghpon ang pag blik sa philippines (walay atik) tungod ani nga reason para at least maka contribute og changes sa healthcare sa philippines and mahatagn justice ang death sa ako papa.

I'm so sorry, mmmrock. Nisurok ako dugo ana imo agency dah. For me, it's very irresponsible for them not to advise you properly basta ipass lang ang papers ok na. Puslan man nibayad mo ug dako then wa jud mo tarungi ug advice. Did they mislead you even by saying you can't apply by yourself? grabe pud makahighblood (wa ko galagot nimo, ha, sa imo agency hahah).

Good thing pa rin that you found this forum at least you can file again with a higher chance of success.

I'm so sorry to hear about your loved ones ug tinuod jud na nga walay klaro sometimes ang atong hospital system.
Pero pasensya na ha, maginistrikta ko gamay kay ang atong intention is to make your chances more solid nga makapasa ka. Your reason is all well and good, but you have to be more specific than this. First write an SOP. Tell the VO your background and then what happened to your family. Then BE SPECIFIC in your plans after you take the Global Health Administration course. Unsa man jud? How are you going to help change the healthcare system diri. Are you going to put up your own pharmacy? Are you going to work at a hospital? Are you going to run for office? You have to show the VO how studying in Canada will fit into your future plans.
Keep in mind you are at a disadvantage kay dili pa ka well established diri - meaning fresh grad ka with no employment history. In the eyes of the VO, this is enough reason for you to want to stay in Canada illegally after your studies. I'm not saying mao jud ni, but just to let you see how they will evaluate your application.

(Feeling VO hahaha, naa na pud ko. Pero mao lang ni ako pagsabot)

If you file directly, you will spend P 5,760 for the application fee, plus mga P1K na service charges. You already have your medicals, which you can still use in your 2nd application kay 1 year man siya valid. Mao ra na, actually.

It's true you can get your CAIPS notes para you can know for sure unsa ang reasons sa VO ngano gi-refuse mo. I'm not sure pud kung pila -- $40 ang basic CAIPS notes, and take note you can apply for it yourself. Di na kinahanglan ang agency pa. Tan-awa gitubuan na pud mo. Pila ang $40 - around 2k? dios mio. Anyway, if you need help with refiling your application, maypa mangutana ka diri or sa "Anybody applied for student permit from the Philippines?" Yes, you still have more than enough time to reapply for January 2016. Nagpamedical na ba ka? Kay ang imo medical magamit na nimo sa imo reapplication.

I understand ngano ka ma-sad pero dont give up. I think your case has a chance if you submit better financial documents and a good SOP. You don't need your agency anymore. Bayai na na sila, ug don't pay them a single cent more.

Hala ka maro jud ana imo agency oi. the least they could've done was to file your papers properly. Do not wallow na lang ana inyo sitwasyon, consider it a lesson learned for you (mahal lang nga lesson) .... how I wish you found this forum instead.

ayaw lang dali-a ang imong reapplication lalo na complicated gamay imo kaso. Apiki na ka, well you can get your visa in a month's time, I suppose, pero wala gihapon nay assurance nga ma-approve ka. Mas maayo ipahimutang gud nimo imo requirements so you can have a better chance at approval. Pa-defer na lang ka to January intake.
