SA, AIP and DM - Inland Applicant

Hi Everyone!

I am a Feb 20, 2020 inland applicant. I passed my medical exam in November and have not had any updates since. Today my status changed on ECAS from IP to DM, right after I have received SA and AIP. Does this mean it's coming to an end? My lawyer told me that after receiving DM, we have to wait another 7 months. So it's 20 months in total? I am so confused! Can anyone share their experience with me?

7 months!? That's very unlikely. Some people on here got COPR or landing interview a few days up to 1 or 2 months after DM. So congrats!

Just wanted to let you know our application was at Decision made for 2 weeks. We just checked Ecas and it now shows complete. We got PR March 5th ... yey finally done ... almost 13 months as Inland
