Please share the experience of inquiry from your employer by CHC Islamabad.
Is it mandatory to inquire from your employer by CHC or in some case they dont feel any need of inquiry

I have not such experience, but that I know is they do not inquire each and every case. It depends on the visa officer.

Whether they inquire your case or not, you must be prepared for an inquiry by CHC.

They did called my office and inquired about

1. Designation
2. Period of Employment
3. Main Duties

I am still waiting for an outcome of this verification. So far they called only once.
