Its been a month that i am in all these .i know that 70% is minimum requirement ,but people with 67% means 2.7 cgpa got also the acceptance to meng program in different unis .i have done electrical engineering and now want to do masters in it.
Yes, people do get in with lesser percentage as well. You should shortlist programs from various universities.
Do your research and apply to universities with some lower ranking as there you'll get admission relatively easily.
